excellent service good advice clean decoration
the staff was superb. maria, noelia, rafael, and ana all provided excellent service. they gave good advice and were a pleasure. the hotel was clean, and the decoration looked good. i saw large windows with a street view in my room, so i appreciated that.
the room itself is pretty old, i think. the rooms are small and i heard my neighbors talking all the time. it would be good to have more sound insulation.

lovely stay!
convenient location free bikes city exploration
the location worked really well for me. it was super convenient and walkable to many places. i loved that hotel offered bikes for free. i was able explore the city easily because of bike lanes.
the walls are thin. i could hear some noise from outside my room.

The breakfast included many choices. i found gluten-free and lactose-free options. andreea from the kitchen staff was nice and helpful. This made my mornings so much better and set a positive tone for the day.

clean room friendly staff ebike price
the room was super clean and spacious! the staff were friendly and very helpful. the hotel provides ebikes at a nominal price of seven euros per day! i took full advantage of that.
the room i stayed in was slightly small.

thin walls small room
the location was acceptable. it was fairly central.
the room felt quite old. it also felt small. i could clearly hear my neighbors, which disrupted my sleep, and it was quite annoying.
